Chili Factor Communications
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Edit and create at least 10 engaging Reels daily for platforms like
Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
2. Source and edit trending audio, effects, and transitions to enhance video
quality.
3. Optimize content based on social media trends and audience engagement.
4. Work on fast-paced edits, meme-style reels, and storytelling formats to
capture attention.
5. Schedule and publish content consistently with proper captions, hashtags,
and descriptions.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team for creative brainstorming and
campaign alignment.
