Video Editing/Making - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Edit long-form YouTube documentary videos with strong pacing, narrative
flow, and emotional impact
2. Work with voiceovers, raw footage, b-roll, archival clips, stock footage,
and animations to build cohesive episodes
3. Sync visuals with narration and music to enhance storytelling
4. Add clean transitions, text overlays, captions, and basic motion graphics
5. Perform basic color correction and audio cleanup to improve overall
production quality
6. Collaborate with the animator and creator to ensure a unified visual and
editorial style
7. Organize project files, timelines, and assets neatly for efficient
workflow
8. Export final videos in the correct formats and ensure quality control
before publishing
9. Create short-form cutdowns (YouTube shorts and reels) when needed
10. Assist in brainstorming creative visual ideas, pacing adjustments, and
editorial improvements
11. Manage revisions based on feedback and iterate quickly
12. Help source additional supporting visuals (photos, clips and graphics)
when required
