Video Editing/Making - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Leading and managing the motion graphics team, ensuring high-quality
output and timely delivery of projects.
2. Conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative motion graphics for
videos, advertisements, explainer videos, social media, and other digital
platforms.
3. Collaborating with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand
project goals and deliver impactful visuals.
4. Maintaining and elevating brand consistency across all motion content.
5. Staying updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep the
team's work fresh and innovative.
6. Reviewing, providing feedback, and approving all motion graphic
deliverables.
7. Mentoring junior designers, conducting training sessions, and supporting
team development.
8. Managing multiple projects and workflows while maintaining attention to
detail and deadlines.
