Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Edit long-form podcast videos (30-90 mins) for YouTube.
2. Create short-form content (30s-90s): YouTube Shorts and Reels.
3. Maintain consistency in visual identity (colors, fonts, titles).
4. Collaborate weekly with the host and podcast team (remote stand-ups).
