Video Editing/Making - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos to support organic
brand growth
2. Shoot, edit, and optimize video content using mobile phones or basic
camera setups
3. Edit reels using tools such as Instagram native tools, CapCut, InShot,
Premiere Pro, or similar software
4. Develop creative reel concepts aligned with the brand's aesthetic,
products, and storytelling
5. Research and adapt trending audio, formats, and reel styles to improve
reach and engagement
6. Assist in planning and executing reel-focused content calendars
7. Maintain consistency in visual quality, tone, and branding across all
video content
8. Write or assist with hooks, captions, and basic on-screen text for reels
9. Track reel performance and suggest improvements for better organic growth
and engagement
