Video Editing For Performance Ads - Internship

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editing Intern to join
our performance marketing team. You'll work closely with our marketing and
creative strategists to produce high-performing ad creatives for platforms
like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube. If you have a knack for crafting
attention-grabbing short-form videos, love experimenting with trends, and
understand what drives clicks and conversions, this role is for you.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Edit and produce short-form video ads optimized for performance across
digital platforms (Meta, YouTube)
2. Adapt raw footage, user-generated content (UGC), and brand assets into
engaging ad creatives
3. Experiment with pacing, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitles to
improve retention and CTR
4. Work with performance marketing teams to iterate on creatives based on ad
performance data
