Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Edit & make videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (cuts, pacing,
captions, transitions, Adobe Premiere, basic effects)
2. Convert raw footage into engaging, scroll-stopping videos aligned with
brand tone
3. Add on-screen text, subtitles, hooks, and visual cues to improve watch
time and retention
4. Collaborate on script ideas and storytelling to structure videos (hook
message CTA)
5. Create simple, clean image posts for LinkedIn and Facebook to support
video content
6. Write supporting captions that complement videos (education-focused,
simple English)
7. Schedule and manage video-first content on Instagram, Facebook, and
LinkedIn
8. Monitor basic performance metrics (views, retention, engagement) and
optimize edits accordingly
