User Engagement Executive (URTok) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Initiate in-app conversations with newly onboarded users on URTok
2. Maintain friendly, respectful, and comfortable communication
3. Help users experience real interactions on the platform
4. Observe user behaviour, questions, and reactions during conversations
5. Share structured feedback and insights with the product team
6. Highlight recurring user suggestions, confusions, or expectations
7. Follow defined engagement and conversation guidelines
