US Proposal Writer - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in writing and formatting responses to Federal and State RFPs,
RFIs, and RFQs
2. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to gather inputs for
proposals
3. Prepare project documentation including executive summaries, scope of
work, timelines, etc.
4. Ensure proposals comply with client requirements and follow structured
formats
5. Maintain a repository of reusable content and past proposals
6. Conduct background research on government departments, procurement
guidelines, and previous projects
7. Support the proposal lifecycle from initial draft to final submission
