UI/UX Design - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct user research to understand target audience needs and behaviors.
2. Create user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
3. Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile.
4. Develop visually appealing and consistent user interfaces aligned with
brand identity.
5. Build and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
6. Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for all devices.
7. Collaborate with product managers and developers to align on requirements
and feasibility.
8. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
9. Ensure accessibility and usability best practices in all designs.
10. Deliver pixel-perfect designs and support developers during
implementation.
