Trainer For Communication - Internship

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic 'Interview Preparation Trainer' to
help students, job seekers, and professionals build confidence and master the
skills required to succeed in interviews. The trainer will design and deliver
engaging training sessions, provide personalized coaching, and equip
participants with practical strategies to excel in both virtual and in-person
interviews.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions focused on interview
skills.
2. Develop customized training materials, mock interview scenarios, and role-
play exercises.
3. Teach techniques for answering behavioral, technical, and situational
questions effectively.
4. Provide guidance on body language, communication skills, and professional
etiquette.
5. Offer constructive feedback to participants to improve performance.
6. Stay updated on industry hiring trends and incorporate them into training
programs.
7. Collaborate with career services teams, HR professionals, and educational
institutions to support learners.
8. Track participant progress and prepare reports on training outcomes.
