Trade Operations Young Leader - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Research & Business Development:
1. Understanding 360tf business model & products.
2. Collating information & contact details from various directories,
websites, social media, etc. for potential business.
3. Using the contact details to generate leads for potential business.
4. Calling potential clients & explaining about the company & products.
5. Gathering relevant information about the potential client's business -
turnover, import, and export.

B. Product Demos:
1. Making technical arrangements & ensuring the client's technical readiness
for the demos.
2. Presenting product in a structured manner & resolving doubts.
3. Resolving the client's doubts & queries.
4. Ensuring the client's understanding of the company & product with
customized examples.
5. Convincing the client for onboarding.

C. Onboarding clients & transaction upload:
1. Understanding our platform thoroughly.
2. Ensuring the client's readiness with compatible documents for onboarding.
3. Guiding the client during every stage.
4. Ensuring KYC completion.
5. Offering pricing suitable for the client's business & offering discounts,
if required.

D. VAS - Hand-holding client during transactions:
1. Understanding the process flow of the transaction.
2. Keeping track of the progress of transactions.
3. Keeping the client & management informed on the status of transactions.
4. Maintaining cordial relationships with the clients.
5. Maintaining the MIS of the transaction & timely reporting to management.
