4. Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends and algorithm changes to maximize reach
and engagement
5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and drive
growth
6. Experiment with new formats and styles to keep our content fresh and
exciting
7. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and pitch ideas for upcoming
campaigns
