Telecalling - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reach out to prospects via call and qualified leads.
2. Maintain and update an accurate log of activity and keep updating to the
assigned reporting team leader.
3. Convey summarized key findings from conversations to the team leader to
help in finalizing the deal.
4. Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-
related expectations.
5. Handle and resolve customer complaints, obtain and evaluate all relevant
information to handle product and service inquiries.
6. Maintain accurate, consistent and timely records of all contacts/leads.
7. Professionally represent the company at all times.
8. Capacity to work, both as an individual and as a team player.
9. Closure of leads.
10. Updating the call records, status and creating funnel by using CRM tools.
