We are looking for a dynamic Telecalling intern to join our team at Caresoft
Systems Private Limited! As a Telecalling intern, you will have the
opportunity to enhance your communication skills while assisting with various
administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Making outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our services.
2. Handling inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions
in MS-Excel.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to follow up on leads and schedule
appointments.
5. Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely
manner.
6. Demonstrating proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
7. Assisting with other administrative duties as needed.
