Telecalling - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Lead Generation & Follow-up:
1. Making outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, or tenants from given
databases or cold leads.
2. Following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, property
portals, or referrals.
3. Converting inquiries into site visits or appointments for the sales team.

B. Property Promotion:
1. Explaining features, location benefits, pricing, and availability of
residential or commercial properties.
2. Sharing promotional materials like brochures, location maps, or links over
email/WhatsApp.
3. Handling initial objections and providing basic property-related
information.

C. Database Management:
1. Maintaining and updating CRM systems or Excel sheets with client details,
call outcomes, and status.
2. Keeping track of interested clients for future follow-ups.

D. Customer Relationship Management:
1. Building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective and
existing clients.
2. Answering queries about property documentation, pricing, amenities, and
legal formalities (at a basic level).

E. Appointment Setting:
1. Scheduling site visits or meetings between clients and sales agents.
2. Ensuring proper coordination and confirmation of appointments.

F. Reporting & Feedback:
1. Providing daily/weekly reports of calls made, leads generated, and
conversions.
2. Sharing market feedback and customer preferences with sales/marketing
teams.

G. Support Sales & Marketing Campaigns:
1. Working closely with sales and marketing teams for ongoing real estate
campaigns or project launches.
2. Participating in tele-calling drives during events, open houses, or expos.
3. Handling 100-150 calls on a daily basis and transferring prospects to the
team lead for further handling.
