As a Telecalling intern at Brain Up Kids, you will have the opportunity to
hone your communication skills while making a positive impact on children's
education. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, written and spoken English, and
spoken Hindi will be invaluable as you assist our team in reaching out to
parents and promoting our educational programs.

Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services
and answer any inquiries.
2. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in MS-Excel for
future reference.
3. Follow up with potential clients via phone or email to ensure their needs
are being met.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective
telecalling strategies.
5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues
raised by clients.
6. Participate in training sessions to enhance your telecalling skills and
product knowledge.
7. Meet weekly targets for call volume and conversion rates to contribute to
the company's growth.
