Telecalling - Internship

As a telecalling intern at Topee, you will be an integral part of our dynamic
team, assisting in various sales and customer service tasks. Your role will
involve engaging with customers over the phone in English, Kannada, and Hindi,
showcasing your proficiency in spoken and written communication. Utilizing MS
Excel, you will track and manage customer data efficiently.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products
and services
2. Handling inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
promptly
3. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers in MS
Excel
4. Collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and achieve sales goals
5. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
6. Demonstrating proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi during all
interactions
7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold the brand image
