Telecalling - Internship

As a Telecalling intern at Guddu Solar, you will have the opportunity to gain
valuable experience in the renewable energy industry while honing your
communication and MS-Excel skills. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is
fluent in Hindi and can effectively communicate with potential customers.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule
appointments.
2. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in MS-Excel for future
reference.
3. Provide information about our solar products and services to interested
customers.
4. Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and address any
concerns.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and
track progress.
6. Engage in regular training sessions to improve communication and selling
skills.
7. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase customer
engagement and retention.
