Telecalling - Internship

As a Telecalling intern at Cakes&More, you will have the exciting opportunity
to work closely with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and
support. Your role will involve interacting with clients over the phone,
managing client relationships, and supporting our sales team with various
tasks. We are looking for someone with strong English and Hindi proficiency,
excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS-Excel and Google Sheets.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting outbound calls to clients to promote our products and services
2. Managing and updating client information in our CRM system
3. Providing support to the sales team with sales strategies and initiatives
4. Assisting with client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of
customer satisfaction
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to drive sales and increase revenue
6. Generating leads and identifying potential sales opportunities
7. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
