4. Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions in MS-
Excel.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for lead
generation.
6. Assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns and promotional
materials.
7. Providing feedback on customer preferences and market insights to improve
our offerings.
