Telecalling - Internship
The Golden Era
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other
communication channels using leads provided by the company as well as self-
generated leads.
2. Explain event management courses in detail, including curriculum, fees,
duration, and career opportunities.
3. Convert interested candidates into confirmed admissions by effective
counselling and follow-ups.
4. Follow up regularly with potential students to address queries and close
admissions.
5. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using
shared sheets or tools.
6. Coordinate with the internal team for admission updates, documentation,
and confirmation.
7. Meet assigned monthly targets (minimum 2 admissions per month).
8. Work professionally in a work-from-home setup while maintaining discipline
and timely communication.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and professional intern who can assist with student admissions, handle inquiries, and support the enrollment process. This role offers exposure to the education and event management sector and helps develop communication, coordination, and professional skills.
