Telecalling - Internship

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join
our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to
potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or gather
information. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your
professionalism and positive attitude will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospects and customers using a provided list.
2. Introduce and explain company products or services to potential clients.
3. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their
inquiries.
4. Accurately record customer details, call information, and outcomes in the
CRM system.
5. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
6. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, leads, and sales.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer
engagement and lead generation strategies.
8. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or a similar role is a
plus.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
4. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
5. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
6. Proficient in using a computer and basic office software.
7. Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
8. High school diploma or equivalent.
