Telecalling - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our events
and invite industry professionals as VIP guests.
2. Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries and
concerns.
3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Following up with customers to ensure attendance and address any queries.
6. Sharing marketing campaigns and promotions through WhatsApp.
7. Providing feedback to the team to improve overall customer experience.
