Telecalling - Internship

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented telecaller to handle cash-
on-delivery (COD) order verifications. The role involves reaching out to
customers, confirming their order details, and ensuring accurate data entry in
our system.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call customers to verify COD orders, including their name, address, email
ID, and phone number.
2. Confirm order details and ensure all information is accurate and up to
date.
3. Record verified details in the Google Sheet or CRM as per the company's
process.
4. Maintain call logs and update status regularly.
5. Report discrepancies or unverified orders to the supervisor promptly.
6. Deliver clear communication while maintaining professionalism and customer
satisfaction.
