Technical Support - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Mentee Assistance & Query Resolution

1. Address and resolve mentee queries through email, WhatsApp, and calls.
2. Escalate complex technical concerns to mentors as needed.

Technical Knowledge & Content Support

1. Assist in preparing and curating technical material in Robotics, AI, and
EV domains.
2. Create FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge resources for mentees.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

1. Update session recordings, assignments, and resources on the LMS.
2. Track mentee submissions and progress; generate performance reports.

Quality Assurance for Training Programs

1. Monitor live sessions to ensure training quality and delivery standards.
2. Provide structured feedback and suggest improvements for mentee
experience.

Mentor Onboarding & Support

1. Assist in onboarding new mentors and guiding them on LMS and session
processes.
2. Coordinate between mentors and operations team for smooth execution.
Teaching Assistance

1. Act as a Teaching Assistant during technical sessions.
2. Support mentees in using engineering tools and software such as:
SolidWorks, Ansys, MATLAB, Gazebo, ROS 2, etc.
