About ADORE :

ADORE is a non-profit, youth-driven organization dedicated to inspiring and
guiding students through various educational and skill-development
initiatives. Our mission is to empower young minds by providing opportunities
for leadership, social impact, and holistic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various initiatives, events, and
workshops.
Coordinate with different teams (HR, Marketing, Content, and Outreach) to
ensure seamless work.
Manage internal communication and maintain records.
Develop report and presentations to support management decisions.
Research and suggest improvements for the organization's operational
efficiency.
Represent ADORE India in meetings, networking events, and collaborations.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Bachelors or Masters.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Passionate about social impact and youth development.
Interested in taking sessions for underprivileged children (Academic as well
as Non - Academic).
