Talent Acquisition Intern - Bulk & Retail Hiring
Location: Mumbai (On-site)
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: 15,000/month

At Traya, we're on a mission to solve hair fall the right way through a
science-backed blend of Ayurveda, Dermatology, and Nutrition.
We're expanding fast from online to offline and we're looking for a hands-on,
people-loving Talent Acquisition Intern who thrives in the hustle of on-ground
and bulk hiring.

If you enjoy being out there talking to people, building teams, and taking on
challenges this is the internship for you.

What You'll Do
Drive bulk hiring for doctors, clinic staff, and offline store teams (kiosks
and experience centers).
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and creative on-
ground channels.
Connect with colleges, placement cells, and local networks to build a strong
and continuous hiring funnel.
Coordinate interviews, manage shortlists, and ensure a smooth onboarding
experience for every new hire.
Request and verify documents from shortlisted candidates for offer
formalities.
Negotiate offers and communicate compensation details with clarity and
empathy.
Track daily hiring progress, maintain dashboards, and share updates with the
TA team.

Who You Are
A people magnet confident, approachable, and full of energy.
Great at communication (both English & Hindi).
Organized, quick on your feet, and always ready to take ownership.
A student or recent graduate (preferably in HR, Psychology, or Business).
