Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source candidates for internships and early full-time roles using
Internshala, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
3. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure closure.
4. Maintain and update hiring trackers using Excel or Google Sheets.
5. Assist in improving job descriptions and hiring processes based on
results.
