Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talking to people (yes, real conversations)
2. Finding talent for exciting startup roles
3. Screening profiles & understanding what makes a good hire
4. Using LinkedIn like a recruiter, not a scroller
5. Managing interviews & candidate journeys
6. Working closely with senior consultants on live client mandates
