Talent Acquisition - Internship

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 'Talent Acquisition Intern'
to join our HR team. You'll assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating
interviews, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about people, talent, and building
great teams.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Supporting the recruitment team in identifying and engaging top talent
through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
2. Assisting in drafting and posting job descriptions across various
platforms.
3. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements.
4. Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring
managers.
5. Maintaining and updating candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System
(ATS).
6. Helping with employer branding activities, such as social media posts or
campus engagement.
7. Providing general administrative support to the TA and HR teams.
