screening.
2. Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to identify candidates across
unconventional platforms (GitHub, Twitter, Discord, Reddit).
3. Develop innovative Boolean searches and AI-enhanced sourcing strategies.
4. Design personalized outreach campaigns using AI-generated content.
5. Manage multi-channel engagement (LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp).
6. Build and nurture talent pipelines.
