Talent Acquisition - Internship

As a Talent Acquisition intern at Value Jobs Consulting Private Limited, you
will have the opportunity to work closely with our dynamic HR team in
identifying and acquiring top talent. We are looking for a skilled individual
who is proficient in MS-Excel and has excellent spoken and written English
skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings of
potential candidates.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Update and maintain candidate databases and tracking systems using MS-
Excel.
4. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various job boards
and social media platforms.
5. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent
acquisition.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
