Talent Acquisition - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening,
scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
2. Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms
such as LinkedIn, Internshala, and Naukri.
3. Identify and engage potential candidates through multiple channels job
portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networks.
4. Coordinate candidate communication and ensure a smooth and professional
candidate experience throughout the process.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring
needs.
6. Maintain and update candidate data, interview feedback, and recruitment
trackers accurately.
7. Contribute to employer branding efforts through creative recruitment
campaigns and social media presence.
8. Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires or interns.
9. Research market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in
recruitment and HR operations.
10. Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at process improvement
and enhancing the overall employee experience.
