Talent Acquisition - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening,
coordinating interviews, and follow-ups with candidates.
2. Use job portals, LinkedIn, and social media to identify and engage
potential candidates for various roles across industries.
3. Assist in building and maintaining candidate databases, ensuring accurate
and updated records for ongoing and future hiring needs.
4. Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role
requirements and help craft effective sourcing strategies.
5. Engage with candidates professionally, ensuring smooth communication and a
positive experience throughout the hiring process.
6. Contribute to employer branding efforts, such as posting jobs, creating
engaging outreach messages, and exploring new sourcing avenues.
7. Learn recruitment best practices, including Boolean search, resume
evaluation, and market mapping.
