Talent Acquisition - Internship

As a Talent Acquisition intern at Statslane, you will have the opportunity to
gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management while working
alongside industry professionals. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, English (both
spoken and written), LinkedIn marketing, and knowledge of ATS will be
essential in this role.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with resume screening and candidate sourcing through various
channels
2. Coordinating interviews and managing communication with candidates
3. Conducting interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers
4. Supporting negotiation processes with potential hires
5. Utilizing network protocols to expand the company's talent pool
6. Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills in building relationships with
candidates and stakeholders
7. Contributing to business management strategies for talent acquisition and
retention
