Talent Acquisition - Internship

Role overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern
to join our HR team. This role will involve assisting in end-to-end
recruitment activities, helping us identify and onboard the right talent to
support FusionStays' expanding operations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the HR team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
through job portals and social media platforms.
2. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
4. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings across platforms.
5. Participate in employer branding and campus outreach initiatives.
6. Provide support in onboarding new hires and documentation.
