Talent Acquisition - Internship

As a Talent Acquisition intern at Credence Analytics, you will have the

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening resumes to identify potential candidates.
2. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and
fit for the company.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and
requirements for open positions.
4. Help coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
5. Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure candidate information is
up to date.
6. Participate in recruitment events and networking opportunities to attract
top talent.
7. Contribute to the overall success of the talent acquisition team by
providing support in various projects and tasks.
