Table Tennis Coach - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct regular coaching sessions focusing on fundamental and advanced
table tennis skills.
2. Teach techniques such as grips, footwork, strokes, spin, serve & return,
strategy development.
3. Create structured training plans for beginners, intermediate and advanced
players.
4. Organize drills, physical conditioning, game tactics, and match
simulations.
5. Identify player strengths and weaknesses and provide individual
improvement plans.
6. Maintain discipline, sportsmanship, and fair-play culture.
7. Prepare students for district, state, national and club tournaments.
8. Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
9. Setup and maintain equipment including tables, nets, bats and balls.
10. Coordinate with management for event planning, tournaments & parent
communication.
11. Ensure safety standards and injury-prevention practices during sessions.
12. Encourage players and build a positive sports environment.
