Supply Chain Management (SCM) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Procurement & Customer Handling
Intern to support both procurement operations and customer service functions.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier
management, purchase order processing, and customer interaction. The ideal
candidate should have strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and
the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Support:
Assist in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and comparing costs.

Help process purchase orders (POs) and track order fulfillment.

Maintain supplier records and assist in vendor performance evaluations.

Conduct market research for potential suppliers and industry trends.

Support inventory management and procurement documentation.

Customer Handling & Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat regarding orders,
deliveries, and product availability.

Coordinate between customers and suppliers to resolve order-related issues.

Assist in processing returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.

Update customer accounts and maintain records of interactions.

Gather customer feedback and share insights with the procurement and sales
teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order
processing.

Assist in generating reports on procurement savings, supplier performance, and
customer satisfaction.

Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report
preparation.
