SOP & Playbook Development - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Studying and documenting existing company processes by speaking with team
members.
2. Drafting SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and step-by-step manuals in
a clear, structured format.
3. Creating templates, checklists, and internal documentation for repetitive
tasks.
4. Organizing and maintaining all documentation in a digital repository
(Google Drive, Notion, or similar).
5. Supporting cross-departmental coordination to ensure consistency and
completeness of playbooks.
