Soft Skills Trainer - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

2. Create interactive learning materials and resources to support training
sessions.
3. Provide personalized coaching and feedback to participants to help them
enhance their interpersonal skills.
4. Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative training
programs.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make
recommendations for improvement.
6. Stay current on trends in soft skills development and incorporate new
techniques into training programs.
7. Support the overall mission of Unessa Foundation to empower individuals to
reach their full potential through enhanced interpersonal skills.
