Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on Bare Wear's social media accounts and support day-to-day content
execution.
2. Create monthly mood boards and social media content calendars. Scout,
coordinate, and manage influencers and creators aligned with women's beauty,
fashion, and lifestyle brands.
3. Handle end-to-end influencer coordination, including sending outreach
emails and follow-ups, closing commercials, coordinating with agencies,
sourcing outfits and products for creators, sharing and coordinating scripts,
reviewing and approving scripts internally, and managing timelines and content
delivery dates.
4. Research and source content ideas and references from platforms like
Pinterest and Facebook Ads Library.
5. Work closely with the design team to learn and create content specifically
for ads.
6. Actively participate in brainstorming, ideation sessions, and content
research.
7. Assist with content ideation and reel scripting for social media and ads.
8. Identify and track social media trends across platforms.
9. Create basic creatives using Canva for posts, stories, and internal
references. Edit short-form videos for social media platforms.
10. Assist in shooting content when required and support the Brand Manager
during shoots.
11. Coordinate product sourcing and dispatch for creators with internal
teams.
Support affiliate and creator-led marketing programs.
12. Work closely with the marketing and social media teams on ongoing
campaigns.
