Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Post 1-2 Instagram posts or Reels per brand (as per content calendar)
2. Write captions with relevant hashtags
3. Ensure brand tone is followed (luxury/informative/aspirational)
4. Upload 3-6 Instagram Stories daily
5. Polls, Q&A, countdowns, testimonials, offers
6. Use stickers to improve engagement (polls, sliders, links)
7. Reply to DMs and comments within 24 hours
8. Like & comment on relevant niche accounts
9. Monitor mentions & tags
10. Track daily: Follower growth, reach & engagement, profile visits
11. Maintain a simple weekly performance sheet (MS Excel/Google Sheets)
