Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content publishing: Schedule and publish all content (videos, graphics,
copy) provided by our design team across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok,
and YouTube.
2. Workflow coordination: Work closely with the designer to receive creative
assets and follow our company's process for content scheduling and approval.
3. Community engagement: Monitor our social channels and actively engage with
our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-
aligned voice.
4. Brand & competitor research: Conduct research to understand our brand's
positioning and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and
inform our strategy.
5. Trend spotting: Stay active on social media to identify emerging trends
and gather information that can be used to benefit the brand.
