Social Media Marketing - Internship

We're looking for a smart, creative, and organized Social Media & Operations
Manager to join our spiritual and astrology-based brand. You'll be working
directly with the astrologer and will be responsible for managing day-to-day
digital presence, consultations, orders, and more.
This is a multi-tasking role perfect for someone who understands content,
client servicing, and is excited about the world of astrology, healing, and
spirituality.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management

Plan and schedule Instagram content (reels, posts, stories)
Coordinate content shoots and help with scripting
Write captions, post regularly, and engage with the audience
Track insights, respond to DMs and comments professionally
Handle influencer collabs, giveaways, and content calendar

Online Consultations & Client Coordination
Manage bookings for astrology/tarot readings
Coordinate timings, reschedules, and Zoom/WhatsApp sessions
Send reminders, notes, and follow-up messages to clients
Maintain a record of daily/weekly clients

Orders & Inventory Handling
Manage offline and online crystal or product orders
Pack, label, and coordinate with delivery partners
Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors if needed

Admin & Daily Operations
Keep records of payments, client feedback, and monthly reports
Assist in new product launches or workshops
Be the point of contact for day-to-day workflow
