About Epic Scholar
We solve the AI talent and delivery gap from both sides. Over 60% of engineering graduates struggle to land quality roles, while IT services firms cannot find deployable AI talent as demand explodes (97 million new AI roles by 2025; massive regional initiatives like Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030). Traditional training is slow and generic, leaving enterprises stuck and graduates unemployable. Our dual-impact platform addresses this with an AI Career Launchpad for fresh graduates (industry-aligned, project-driven, placement-ready) and an AI Delivery Hub for enterprises (role-based upskilling plus project squads that deliver real AI outcomes). The flywheel - train, place on delivery pods, capture patterns, refine curriculum - compounds capability and ROI, positioning us as the execution layer for AI-first work.
