Social Media Marketing - Internship

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media, and
storytelling. You'll work with our trainers, customer success team, and
founders to create daily content that showcases our teaching, student success,
and brand value.
If you're the kind of person who likes bringing ideas to life on Instagram,
Facebook, and YouTube, you'll fit right in.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Content creation
1. Create reels, short videos, carousels, and story content for Instagram,
Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
2. Coordinate with trainers to shoot short teaching clips.
3. Edit videos using tools like CapCut or Canva.
4. Design basic marketing materials, thumbnails, and visual creatives.

B. Social media execution
1. Post daily content as per the content calendar.
2. Write captions, add hashtags, and schedule posts.
3. Upload content to the organised content bank.

C. Brand and quality
1. Maintain consistency in brand style and tone.
2. Ensure all posts are error-free in spelling and grammar.
3. Follow content guidelines and SOPs.

D. Research and ideas
1. Track trending formats and reel ideas.
2. Suggest content ideas based on student needs and parent pain points.
3. Collect testimonials, reviews, and performance stories.

E. Reporting
1. Prepare weekly performance reports on reach, views, and top posts.
2. Track enquiries coming from social platforms.
3. Maintain a weekly update sheet for the marketing team.
