Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Content & Creativity
1. Draft engaging captions, blog posts, ad copies, and creative briefs.
2. Support brainstorming sessions with fresh and innovative content ideas.
3. Coordinate with the design team to align visuals with content.

B. Platform & Technical Skills
1. Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms (Instagram,
LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
2. Use tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, and project
trackers.
3. Monitor post performance and assist in preparing simple reports.

C. Trend Awareness
1. Research current trends, memes, hashtags, and competitor activities.
2. Suggest creative ways to adapt trends for client brands while maintaining
brand tone.
3. Stay updated with seasonal and festive opportunities for content.

D. Customer Service
1. Support community management by replying to comments, DMs, and queries.
2. Flag urgent or sensitive customer messages to the senior team.
3. Maintain a polite, brand-consistent tone in communication.

E. Basic SEO/Digital Marketing
1. Assist in keyword research and simple SEO checks (meta tags, blog
optimisation).
2. Help track website traffic, call reports, and campaign performance.
3. Coordinate with the SEO team for basic tasks like updating listings or
tagging content.
