Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation:
Visit the Brewista Coffee location regularly to capture high-quality photo &
video content (behind-the-scenes, product shots, customer reactions, seasonal
campaigns, etc.)
Plan and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals and caf
events
Collaborate with in-house team on trending reels, stories, hooks, and
soundtracks
Trends & Engagement:
Stay consistently up-to-date with Instagram and TikTok trends, meme formats,
sound bites, and content hooks relevant to Gen-Z and college audiences
Create content that is fun, aesthetic, and warm reflecting the minimal yet
youthful vibe of Brewista Coffee
Actively monitor engagement, respond to DMs/comments, and suggest ways to
boost reach
Brand Positioning & Analytics:
Track and analyze post-performance, story reach, and audience insights to
optimize future content
Propose collaborations with local influencers, creators, and student
communities
Ensure content aligns with Brewista's visual identity and brand tone
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, InShot, or Adobe Suite
Basic photography/videography and color grading knowledge
Experience with Instagram/Facebook Ads Manager is a plus
